The Flip to Keep group · Starts October 13
Six weeks. A small group of men. Every Tuesday at 5:00am, in person in Northwest Arkansas. A high-discipline, high-accountability group for the guy who knows exactly who he's supposed to be... and hasn't been him in a while.
Who this is for
Read these slowly.
If two of those landed, keep reading. This was built for you. No crisis required... just a guy ready to grow.

Why I run this
I did everything right... and still ended up crying in a parking lot at a job I hated. So I built my way out. Margin, a side hustle, real estate, a business. It worked. By 2021 I had freedom and everything I thought would make me okay.
Then I lost my brother Brian. He was my best friend and my biggest fan. It was sudden, and it was traumatic. It put me on the ground, and I stayed there a lot longer than I like to admit.
The habits didn't leave all at once. They went quietly, one at a time. Getting up early went. The workouts went. Then I was eating whatever and saying yes to nothing.
About six months into counseling, I pulled out my old journals and photos and tried to remember who I used to be. Then I started putting him back. One habit at a time.
That's where the name came from. It's exactly what this group does... with other men in the room holding you to it.
I'm not a counselor, and this isn't therapy. If something you're carrying needs one, I'll help you find the right next step.
How it works
No fluff, no theory. It's steps 1, 2 and 4 of the Flip to Keep Blueprint... with men in the room holding you to it.
Before week one, we sit down together. I learn where you are and where you want to go. You make sure you're locked in.
You write down the man you want people to describe when you walk out of a room. Then you say it out loud every day for six weeks. This is the heart of the whole thing.
Every man does the same six: 64 ounces of water, wake up early, work out 3x a week, eat healthy meals, a gratitude journal, and grey out your phone. Then you add your own on top... the ones that will help you the most.
We open in prayer. Then every man reports his week. Out loud. To guys who will notice if you're dodging.
You pick the goals that matter and reverse engineer them into six weeks. Specific and measurable, or it doesn't count.
Between Tuesdays, the conversation keeps going. Wins, misses, and nowhere to hide.
What the room runs on: discipline, accountability, no judgment, and habits you can keep.
Knowing each week I would have to explain my week to someone outside of my house made me think about my choices each day.A member of a past Flip to Keep group
What it costs
Six weeks of getting yourself back.
The Flip to Keep group
To the discipline, and to the men beside you.
Men poured into me when I needed it most. This is me passing it on. All I ask is that you commit... to the discipline and to the men in the room.
Apply
Two minutes. I read every one myself, and I'll reach out about your 1-on-1.
You apply → we talk 1-on-1 → you get the workbook → October 13, 5:00am, you're in the room.
Questions
Because men poured into me when I needed it most, and this is me passing it on. I don't want money to be the reason a guy isn't in the room. What I ask for instead is harder: commitment. To the discipline, every Tuesday at 5:00am and every habit, every day. And to the other men in the room, who are counting on you.
In person, every Tuesday at 5:00am. You'll get the exact location once you're in.
Because it's the one hour nothing else is competing for. If you can show up then, you can show up anywhere.
Because I want to actually know every man in the room. Everybody talks. Nobody hides.
No. Some guys come in after life punched them in the mouth. Most just know they've been coasting and that God made them for more than stuck. Either way, the work is the same: discipline, habits, and men holding you to it.
No. I'm not a counselor. If something you're dealing with needs one, I'll help you find the right next step.
Faith is the foundation this is built on, and we open every Tuesday in prayer.
